Bahan-bahan
• 3 sendok makan minyak zaitun
• 500 gram jamur (campuran king oyster, enoki, dan shiitake), cuci bersih dan iris-iris king oyster dan shiitake
• 1 butir bawang merah, cincang halus
• 2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
• 2 cm jahe, parut/cincang halus
• 3 ikat pak choi, potong-potong
• 1 sendok makan cuka apel
• 1 sendok makan kecap manis
• 6 daun bawang, iris-iris
Cara membuat
1. Panaskan 1 sendok makan minyak di atas wajan dengan api besar.
2. Masukkan jamur dan tumis selama 2 menit hingga berwarna keemasan. Angkat dan sisihkan.
3. Panaskan lagi 2 sendok makan minyak di dalam wajan. Masukkan bawang merah, tumis selama 2 menit. Tambahkan bawang putih dan jahe, tumis sebentar hingga harum.
4. Masukkan pak choi, tambahkan sedikit air. Tumis selama 2 – 3 menit hingga pak choi matang. Masukkan kembali jamur tumis ke dalam wajan. Tambahkan cuka apel, kecap manis, dan daun bawang. Tumis selama 1 – 2 menit.
5. Angkat dan sajikan bersama dengan nasi hangat.
